Project goal

The goal of the project is to create a new object on

Devolanovskiy descent — a creative cluster; filling the

space with creative technologies, innovative stories,

and quality modern content.

A creative cluster is the space of a street and a net-

work of adjoining lanes and yards with a large number

of middle class establishments that will become the

main attraction point for city residents and tourists.
